Me and my boys used to love going to Tuckers after school for a hot chocolate and one of Jills delicious biscuits. There was something very reassuring about her presence there. Such a kind warm soul x

Our family were lucky to see Jill, and often Richard, many times a week, for many years when she was down at the Tuckers market on the fair trade stall. She was always so warm and welcoming and we always had a lovely chat whenever we saw her there or in town and later when she volunteered at the Repair Cafe. I wonder how many cakes and biscuits she made over the years! We'll remember her very fondly for her warmth and kindness x

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are. Speak to me in the easy way which you always used. Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight? Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
